First Passivhaus-certified residence
for people with intellectual disabilities in Spain

Located in the Madrid, in Canillejas neighborhood, this is a pioneering and innovative project in our country and aimed towards elderly people with intellectual disabilities or in the process of premature aging.

A New Home

Círvite seeks to offer an adapted space in which residents can age with health and dignity. It is also an important support for families, who can rest assured that their loved ones will always be cared for with all the necessary quality guarantees.

Sustainable Architecture will promote People's Well-Being

A Benchmark in Sustainability

This new model of (reshogar) is committed to efficiency. A clear example is that all energy savings are reinvested in life projects, that is, in improving the quality of care. Therefore, costs are reduced, guaranteeing long-term viability and making Social Services an example of environmental sustainability.

A Pioneering and
Highly Replicable Project

One of the main features of the “reshogar” is that it has been built using the Passivhaus design standard, a certification issued by the Passivhaus Institut of Germany, which seeks to incorporate the highest level of energy efficiency and sustainability in new buildings. All this, in accordance with the challenges set by the 2030 UN Agenda and according to Sustainable Development Goals 3, 7, 9, 10, 12, 13, 16 and 17.

Currently, there are already centers with this certification in countries such as Austria, the Netherlands, Korea and the United States, although this Círvite initiative for people with intellectual disabilities is unique in Spain.

And how are we going to achieve it?

From Círvite we want to make this special project part of all of us.
Therefore, we seek to involve families, neighbors, associations, institutions...

Because we know that together we make way.

Join Us in this Initiative!
